The core reason is the high price of methanol, which has caused enterprises to suffer deep losses; while coal-to-methanol-to-olefin integrated units maintain stable operation.10:52

Shaanxi Black Cat's 100,000-ton coke oven gas-to-methanol unit was shut down for maintenance in August and is scheduled to restart in mid-October; multiple previously maintained units such as Inner Mongolia Xin'ao's Daqi plant have resumed operation one after another by the end of September.10:51
【Liquid ammonia】

On October 14, Hebei Zhengyuan's liquid ammonia unit is operating normally. Today's quoted price has been reduced by 100 yuan, and the current quoted price is 2,870 yuan per ton. The manufacturer sells some of its products to external markets, with a daily sales volume of 300 tons. The manufacturer's liquid ammonia unit has a production capacity of 600,000 tons.
【Methanol】
The 2.8 million tons/year methanol unit of Ningxia Baofeng Phase IV is scheduled to produce qualified methanol in mid-to-late October, with some methanol for external sale in the initial stage, and its supporting olefins unit will be put into operation in December; the 400,000 tons/year methanol unit of Liaoning Huajin Aramco is expected to be put into operation in November, and new domestic supply will gradually come online.10:48
