The announcement disclosed the latest construction status of the company's four key projects in Hanchuan, Hubei, Wuxue, Hubei, and Hukou, Jiangxi. The total investment scale of the four major projects exceeds 44 billion yuan, covering pulp and paper integration, public terminals, chemical pulp, etc. In the core industrial chain, the overall layout is gradually being implemented.

In the third quarter of 2025, Vale's iron ore output totaled 94.4 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 3.4 million tons, or 4%. This was due to the S11D Kuangqu setting a new quarterly output and the continued production of key projects. Iron ore sales reached 86 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 4.2 million tons, an increase of 5%. The simultaneous improvement in prices was mainly due to the increase in the premium of iron ore powder ore (a month-on-month increase of US$1.8/ton). Pellet output totaled 8 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 2.4 million tons, or 23%, reflecting market conditions.
