On October 19, the styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) market in Shandong area saw minor consolidation. The international crude oil market fluctuated at a high level, and downstream inquiries for SBR were mainly based on demand, with resistance to high-priced goods. Merchants' quotations for SBR were slightly adjusted. Currently, the mainstream quotations of 1502 grade from Fushun, Lanzhou Petrochemical, Yangzi Petrochemical, Jilin Petrochemical and Qilu Petrochemical are in the range of 16,300 to 16,500 yuan per ton.

With crude oil prices fluctuating at a high level, the cost of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber still has support, but downstream customers resist high-priced goods, resulting in light inquiries. The spot offers of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber are consolidating at a high level. At present, the mainstream offers of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber from Daqing, Qilu and Yihua are 16,400 to 16,600 yuan per ton.
