Yankuang Group Methanol Auction Results on July 7: Yulin Yankuang methanol starting price was 2,050 yuan/ton for a quantity of 5,000 tons; transaction status is pending follow-up. The company's Phase I 600,000 tons/year methanol plant and Phase II 800,000 tons/year methanol project are both operating stably. Yankuang Guohong methanol spot auction sales concluded at 2,365-2,370 yuan/ton ex-works via cash transfer; the 640,000 tons/year coal-to-methanol unit is currently operating with three furnaces.
