Recently, Century Sunshine (Rizhao) Pulp and Paper Co., Ltd. announced the updated environmental impact assessment of the project of replacing plastic with paper with an annual output of 2.65 million tons. The project is constructed in three phases, and the construction contents mainly include: in the first phase, a new 1.1 million tons of bleached chemical wood pulp production line and a 400,000-ton fluff pulp production line; in the second phase, a new 100,000-ton food thin sheet packaging paper production line, a 50,000-ton toilet release paper production line, a 50,000-ton label release paper production line; in the third phase, a 450,000-ton kraft paper production line and a 500,000-ton functional cardboard production line will be built.
