In the second phase of the Kaiyang “Phosphorus-Titanium-Lithium” integrated project, a production capacity of 500,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate has been approved for environmental impact assessment. This project is jointly developed by Guizhou Phosphorus Chemical Group and Titanium Energy Chemical Company. The total investment amounts to 33.1 billion yuan, aiming to create a closed-loop resource recycling system. The construction of the first phase is expected to be completed in November, with the production capacity of various products being arranged in phases.

On October 28th, Wallenius Wilhelmsen signed a contract with China Merchants Jinling Shipyard to build 4+8 liquefied natural gas dual-fuel cargo ships of the Shaper Class, with each ship capable of carrying 9,900 vehicles. The first batch of 4 ships is expected to be delivered beginning in 2030; the remaining 8 ships are scheduled to be delivered in 2031 and 2032, with 4 ships being delivered each year. If all 8 alternative ships are commissioned, a total of 12 ships will be in operation, resulting in a total capital expenditure of approximately $1.5 billion (equivalent to about 9.999 billion RMB).
