StoneX lowered its forecast for sugar production in central and southern Brazil in the 2026/27 crop season to 41.5 million tons from the previous 42.1 million tons. According to StoneX forecast that in the 2026/27 crop season, sugar mills will use 50.6% of sugarcane for sugar production. The 2025/26 crop season will increase by 3.3%.

The total inventory of coating was 1.5834 million tons, a month-on-month increase of 0.04 million tons.
