Manufacturers have a strong willingness to hold prices, taking the cost line as the bottom line and not taking the initiative to cut prices for the time being. However, downstream wafer purchases are cautious, and there are few newly signed spot orders. Overall, there is a price but no market, the game between upstream and downstream continues, circulating spot goods are scarce, and a small number of transactions are mostly long-term contract execution, foundry and warehouse receipt transactions.
