The 350,000 tons/year phenol-acetone plant of Sinopec-Tianjin Petrochemical has entered normal operation, with products mainly for self-use and a small amount for external sales, and the manufacturer ships goods as planned.

On August 31st, the quotation of petroleum coke from Yatong Petrochemical was 3350 yuan per ton, down 150 yuan per ton compared with the previous trading day. The sulfur content is about 2.0, vanadium content is about 190. The delayed coking unit has an annual capacity of 1.2 million tons, with a daily output of 850 tons.

Supported by favorable raw materials, downstream purchasers followed up on demand as needed, and industry players were strongly optimistic about price increases.
