Market
Last week (January 2-8, 2023), the viscose staple fiber factory actively raised the price, some of the low prices disappeared, and the price center rose slightly. Near the Spring Festival, the downstream was mainly wait-and-see, waiting for the market after the year. The factory was mainly engaged in order delivery, and new orders were rarely traded, and there are sporadic replenishment that just was in needed. The industry startup rate was basically stable, and the overall industry load was about 56.6%.
From the perspective of the downstream rayon yarn market, the price of rayon yarn was weak and stable, the overall starting load was gradually reduced to about 50%, and the local supply was slightly tight. However, as the Spring Festival approaches, the downstream holidays increased, and the purchase demand was also limited.
Supply and demand
Last week, the start-up rate of the viscose staple fiber industry was basically maintained, the overall load of the industry was about 56.5%, and the manufacturers' stock was relatively sufficient. The demand for rayon yarn continued to be weak, and the factory operation rate further declined. The factory mainly delivered goods, and the overall delivery atmosphere was light. The downstream procurement was a small amount just on demand, and the weaving factory had arranged the Spring Festival holiday.
Market outlook
Recently, the downstream signing has been basically completed, and the factory mainly arranges orders for shipment. Some yarn enterprises and terminal weaving factories have stopped work for holidays, and the market demand for raw materials has further decreased. The cost is weak and the demand is weak. The analysts of SunSirs predict that the price of viscose staple fiber may be mainly weak and stable, and wait for the market after the year.
