2. Market Analysis

In the middle of December, the wheat national reserve auction was in normal operation, and the overall auction turnover rate remained at a low level.

In December, the turnover rate decreased. With the support of policies, the overall price of domestic wheat market was relatively stable.

This week, affected by the rain and snow weather, the arrival of wheat has declined.

In some areas, the manufacturers slightly increased the purchase price of wheat.

After the inventory of the manufacturers was supplemented to a certain extent, the price of the domestic wheat market moved forward slightly.

Policy: it is planned to hold the lowest purchase price wheat fair on December 18 to list and trade 3,013,541 tons of State Reserve wheat, settled down 50,599 tons, at 1.67%. 2,370 RMB/ton is the highest price. 2290 RMB/ ton is the lowest price, and 2,321 RMB/ton at the average price.
