In 2022, 204.67 million tons of crude oil were produced, a year-on-year increase of 2.9%. Imported crude oil was 508.28 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 0.9%.
The growth rate of crude oil processing has accelerated. In December, 59.88 million tons of crude oil were processed, a year-on-year increase of 2.5%, and the growth rate was 2.2 percentage points faster than the previous month, with an average daily processing of 1.932 million tons. In 2022, 675.9 million tons of crude oil will be processed, a year-on-year decrease of 3.4%.
