Price trend
According to the monitoring data of SunSirs, the domestic vitamin market continued its weak downward trend in January, and some products continued to decline. Among them, the transaction focus of vitamin A and vitamin E prices fell further, and the price of vitamin C was relatively strong.
According to the price monitoring of SunSirs, vitamin C rose slightly in January. The average price of food vitamin C at the beginning of the month was 27.33 RMB/ton/kg, and the average price at the end of the month was stable at 27.67 RMB/ton/kg, up 1.24%. At the beginning of the month, the prices of individual factories were slightly increased, the actual market volume was weak, and the demand was further weakened due to the influence of traditional festivals. The market did not change significantly after the holidays, and the weak and stable market continued throughout January.
In January, the price of vitamin A continued to decline, with an average price of 104.5 RMB/ton/kg at the beginning of the month and 101 RMB/ton/kg at the end of the month, with a monthly decrease of 3.35%. On the 31st, the mainstream market quotation was 92-98 RMB/ton/kg, while the European market quotation fell to 25-33 euros/kg. The price of vitamin A continued to fall. Although the news of production cuts at home and abroad continued, it did not bring an effective boost to the vitamin A market. Under the overall overcapacity situation, the vitamin A market continued to decline in a weak way.
In January, the price of vitamin E fell slightly. The average price of feed-grade vitamin E at the beginning of the month was 82.67 RMB/ton/kg, and the average price at the end of the month was 82.33 RMB/ton/kg, with a monthly decrease of 0.41%. The European market quoted 8.45-9.05 euros/kg. Domestic large factories began to stop production and repair in January, and the vitamin E market stopped falling and stabilized. The factory's willingness to support high prices was obvious, and the downstream demand was mainly just in need.
Market outlook
The vitamin analyst of SunSirs believes that the current performance of the vitamin market is weak, and there is no obvious positive factor to guide the future market. It is expected that the vitamin market will continue to operate in a weak and volatile manner, and pay close attention to market trends and changes in enterprise production.
