On February 8, the domestic liquid ammonia market rose slightly. Due to the increase of downstream orders and the decrease of enterprise inventory, large factories generally raised the ex-factory price by around 100 RMB/ton.

The downstream urea operated at a high level, the agricultural demand increased, the industrial end purchased just in needed, and the ammonia market rebounded at a low level. As of February 8,, the mainstream quotation was 4,000-4,200 RMB/ton.

Market outlook

The downstream urea market has improved, the conversion of enterprise units to urea has gradually increased, and the production of liquid ammonia is limited in the later stage. In addition to the moderate recovery of demand, it is expected that the ammonia market will still rise.
