Analysis review

The ECH market rose first and then fell this week, which was the same as the price at the beginning of the week. Recently, the price of raw material propylene was sorted out in a narrow range, and the price of raw material glycerin was running steadily. At the beginning of the week, the cost support was obvious, and the price of individual enterprises increased, but the demand support was weak. Only small orders were purchased by rigid downstream, the factory shipment was under pressure, and the focus of ECH negotiation was down.

According to the monitoring data of the SunSirs, the market price of propylene in Shandong Province fell slightly on the 9th, with a range of 50 RMB/ton and the mainstream price at 7,600-7,650 RMB/ton.

For downstream epoxy resin, the reference price of epoxy resin was 16,100.00 RMB/ton on February 9, down 3.01% compared with that of February 1 (16,600.00 RMB/ton).

Market outlook

According to the ECH analyst of SunSirs, the cost-side support was still available, but the demand-side support was still insufficient, and the market atmosphere was light. With the gradual increase of the accumulated inventory, enterprises were actively shipping. It is expected that the ECH market will be weakly sorted out in the short term, and more attention still needs to be paid to the market news guidance.
