Analysis review
This week (February 6 - February 10, 2023), the domestic viscose staple fiber operated smoothly, the price was stable and rose, and the market supply increased. Downstream rayon yarn factories were not willing to replenish goods, mainly consume inventory, and the viscose staple fiber industry chain was temporarily deadlocked. Some businesses just needed to buy small orders, and the market trading atmosphere was light. In terms of price, due to the lack of demand support, the rising power was insufficient, and the market center of gravity operated smoothly in the week.
The price of rayon yarn was stable and rose. The rayon yarn enterprises had basically resumed work. The start-up rate had increased significantly compared with last week, and the market supply had increased slightly. However, as of the 10th day, yarn enterprises still focused on the implementation of early orders, and most of the inventory of enterprises was "negative". Therefore, in the short term, enterprises had no pressure to ship goods, and the operating attitude was relatively strong, and the price of some types of yarn was rising.
Supply and demand: This week, the load of viscose staple fiber devices in Tangshan, Korla, Yibin and other regions increased, driving the supply of viscose staple fiber industry to increase. The rayon yarn enterprises had basically resumed work, and the market startup had improved compared with last week, but the new orders had not increased significantly.
Market outlook
In the next week, in the short term, rayon yarn enterprises still consume their own raw material inventory, and the willingness to enter the market for stock is low, and the market transaction atmosphere may continue to be light. However, there is no obvious pressure on the stock of viscose staple fiber enterprises, and the prices of viscose staple fiber and rayon yarn may continue to maintain stable operation.
