On February 22, the domestic market price of isobutyraldehyde was 6,966.67 RMB/ton, a slight decrease of 33.33 RMB/ton compared with that on February 21, a decrease of 0.48%, and 56.46% lower than the same period last year.

Analysis review

The price of raw material propylene rose slightly, with good cost support. Downstream neopentyl glycol market had a downward trend, and downstream customers had average enthusiasm for isobutyraldehyde procurement.

Market outlook

In the future, it is expected that the domestic isobutyraldehyde market price will fall slightly in shock, mainly in consolidation. The average market price is about 6,800 RMB/ton.
