Analysis review

The market price of ECH fell in February. In the first ten days, the cost support was obvious, and the prices of individual enterprises were increased, but the demand side was not enough to follow up. Downstream purchase just only small orders, factory shipments were under pressure, and the ECH market fluctuated and went down. In the middle of February, the price of raw material propylene rose, the price of raw material glycerin fell, and the cost support remained, but the downstream demand was weak, the supply and demand support was weak, the operators were in a bad mood, and the market was weaker. In late February, the cost support was strong, but the downstream bargain-hunting small orders just in needed, the market trading atmosphere was flat, and the market continued to decline under demand constraints.

Market outlook

According to the ECH analyst of SunSirs, as of the end of February, the pressure on the cost side was high, but the demand side was still poor. Under the game of cost and demand, the ECH market was expected to stagnate in a short time, and more attention should be paid to the guidance of market news.
