The downstream procurement enthusiasm in the domestic PS market is not good, maintaining just in demand procurement. Mainstream brand quotations: Zhenjiang Qimei PG33 quoted 9,740 RMB/ton, Taiwan Taihua 5250 quoted 9,550-9,600 RMB/ton, Ningbo Taihua 535N quoted 8,900 RMB/ton, Shanghai SECCO 123P quoted 9,350 RMB/ton, Thai Petrochemical 150 quoted 8,900-8,930 RMB/ton, Guangzhou Petrochemical 525 quoted 8,600 RMB/ton, Hong Kong Petrochemical 1841H quoted 8,450 RMB/ton.

Styrene fluctuates and falls, with a strong cautious wait-and-see sentiment on the market. In addition, the buying follow-up is not good, and low price offers are still available. Some merchants sell at a discount. The mainstream price of GPPS (polyphenylene sulfide) in the East China market is between 8,900 and 10,400 RMB/ton, while the mainstream price of HIPS (polystyrene) is between 9,300 and 10,700 RMB/ton.
