On April 15th, the standard price of amino acid in SunSirs liquid was 3416.67 RMB/ton, a decrease of -14.58% compared to the beginning of this month (4000.00 RMB/ton).

SunSirs believes that on the supply side, as ammonia prices plummet, manufacturers have started to reduce production this week, except for Hubei Jinying, Hunan Jinniu, and Shandong Luzhou, which are undergoing maintenance; Taihua, Alliance, Taurus, and Mingshui Dahua also have reduction plans in the near future.

But considering the high inventory of manufacturers, it is difficult to suppress the oversupply of materials in the short term. The demand side is also facing pressure, coupled with negative costs. It is expected that there may still be downward space in the future ammonia market, but the decline will be narrowed by a decrease in operating rates.
