On May 16th, the National Bureau of Statistics reported that the production of ten non-ferrous metals in April was 6.04 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 6.1%. From January to April, the production of ten non-ferrous metals was 24.133 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 7.7%.
Among them, the production of raw aluminum (electrolytic aluminum) in April was 3.33 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 0.8%. The production from January to April was 13.32 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 3.9%.
In April, refined copper (electrolytic copper) reached 1.059 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 14.1%. The producti/on from January to April was 4.111 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 12.9%.
In April, there were 614000 tons of lead, a year-on-year increase of 3.9%. The production from January to April was 2.657 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 8.7%.
In April, there were 594000 tons of zinc, a year-on-year increase of 12.9%. The production from January to April was 2322000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 8.2%.
In April, copper production reached 1.896 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 12.4%. The production from January to April was 6.87 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 6.9%
In April, aluminum production reached 5.41 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 7.0%. The production from January to April was 19.399 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 3.7%.
In April, alumina reached 6.95 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 0.6%. The production from January to April was 26.516 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 4.0%.
