According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, the NMP market had slightly declined this week. On June 5th, the average price of NMP was 17,766 RMB/ton, and on June 9th, the average price of NMP was 17,466 RMB/ton, a decrease of 1.69% during the cycle.

Analysis review

According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, as of Friday, the mainstream quotation for bulk electronic grade NMP in the domestic market was 15,500-16,500 RMB/ton. The raw material end BDO prices fluctuated at the bottom, and the price fluctuated weakly near the cost line. The demand side remained weak, some downstream operations remained low and demand growth was limited. The NMP factory on the production end maintained stability, with a strong willingness to sell goods, and prices that followed the market.

Raw materials: The BDO price of raw materials rose and then fell. Due to the restart plan of maintenance enterprises, there was an expectation of continuous increase in supply, and there was no significant improvement in demand, making prices easy to fall but difficult to rise.

Market outlook

SunSirs NMP analysts believe that the current NMP price was in the bottoming stage, and with no significant improvement in downstream demand, it is expected that the NMP price will fluctuate at a low level in the short term.
