Analysis review

The market of ECH fell this week (6.26-6.29). Recently, the price of raw material propylene narrowly adjusted, prices of raw material glycerol were mainly stable and cost side had some support. Some factories had no inventory pressure, supporting a high price mentality. Downstream mainly digested inventory raw materials, and the enthusiasm for inquiries in the market was average, mainly with cautious wait-and-see. The market trading atmosphere was light, and some enterprises had lowered their quotations.

Upstream propylene, according to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, the reference price for propylene on June 28th was 6,513.25 RMB/ton, an increase of 0.81% compared to June 1st (6,460.75 RMB/ton).

Downstream epoxy resin, according to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, the reference price of epoxy resin on June 28th was 12,533.33 RMB/ton, a decrease of 10.48% compared to June 1st (14,000.00 RMB/ton).

Market outlook

The ECH analysts of SunSirs believed that as of the 29th, the cost support was still acceptable, but the supply and demand support was still insufficient, and the market atmosphere was general.
