Price trend

According to data monitored by SunSirs, as of July 31st, the average price of premium DMF quotation of domestic DMF enterprises was 4,725 RMB/ton. The price of DMF fluctuated in July, while the overall price remained unchanged. From mid to late July, DMF prices showed a downward trend, and at the end of the month, DMF prices rebounded and resumed their previous prices. As of July 31st, the mainstream price was around 4,700 RMB/ton.

In July, the overall market price of DMF remained stable, and compared to the same period last month, the price remained stable. As of July 31st, the mainstream price range was around 4,700.00 RMB/ton, and the downstream procurement atmosphere was average. The upstream cost support was insufficient, and shipments were slow. Manufacturers were offering discounts for sales, and inventory was high. The latest quotation from the manufacturer: Shandong Chengyang New Materials Co., Ltd. offered a price of 4,550 RMB/ton, Jinan Pulaihua Chemical Co., Ltd. offered a price of 5,000 RMB/ton, and Jinan Dezheng Chemical Co., Ltd. offered a price of 4,650 RMB/ton.

Chemical Index: On July 30th, the chemical index stood at 844 points, unchanged from the previous day, a decrease of 39.71% from the cycle's highest point of 1,400 points (2021-10-23), and an increase of 41.14% from the lowest point of 598 points on April 8, 2020. (Note: The cycle refers to the period from December 1st, 2011 to the present).
