August 04 2023 14:45:46SunSirs(John)

Price trend

According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, the price of aniline has slightly increased this week. On August 31st, the market price of aniline was 10,037 RMB/ton, and on August 4h, it is 10,700 RMB/ton, an increase of 8.77% compared to last week.

Analysis review

Pure benzene: Yesterday, East China fell to 7,490-7,610 RMB/ton, while Shandong rose to 7,700-7,800 RMB/ton. East China traders took profits, increased market circulation, and buying retreated. The inventory of Shandong Refinery is low, and the quotation continues to rise, resulting in a light market negotiation atmosphere. Yesterday night, pure benzene traded sideways at around 7,600 RMB/ton, but the rebound in crude oil supported the sentiment. It is expected that East China will consolidate horizontally in the morning. On Friday (August 4th), the price of pure benzene is 7,670 RMB/ton, an increase of 6.08% compared to last week and a decrease of 9.94% compared to the same period last year.

Nitric acid: Domestic nitric acid has slightly increased this week. On July 31st, the price was 1,933 RMB/ton, and on August 4th, it was 1,939 RMB/ton. The price increased by 0.31% compared to last week and decreased by 27.73% compared to the same period last year.

Market outlook

At present, the fundamentals of aniline are relatively strong, providing strong support for high prices. There is not much expectation of a short-term cost decline, and it is expected that aniline will be wait-and-see at a high level next week, and there may be expectations of continuing to rise with raw materials.
