On September 7th, the average market price of 250g gray base white board paper was 4,232.33 RMB/ton, an increase of 0.4% compared to the average market price of 4,215.67 RMB/ton on September 3rd.

By observing market changes, it can be seen that the price of white cardboard in the market has maintained an upward trend this week. The continuous rise of white cardboard for two months has somewhat driven the bottom up of paper prices. In addition, with the recent increase in wood pulp prices, the price of white cardboard has shown an upward trend. As the release of orders during the Mid Autumn Festival and National Day gradually increases, paper mills and traders have raised the prices of white cardboard.

The price of gray based white board paper is steadily rising. Due to the previous issuance of price increase letters by paper mills, some traders are mostly in a state of implementing price increases, resulting in an increase in prices. However, the market supply pressure is relatively high, and paper mills are under pressure to ship, making it difficult to alleviate the supply-demand contradiction pattern. However, downstream procurement has a cautious mindset and limited incremental new orders.
