Analysis review
The overall trend of bromine prices this month was weak. The main reason was that the supply recently rebounded this month. The downstream support was average, and the flame retardant and intermediate industries were still mainly purchasing according to demand recently. The attitude of the bromine industry was average. Although the Double Festival was approaching and there was an increase in market procurement, the inquiries were average and the enthusiasm was not high.

The demand of terminal phosphate fertilizer market was weakened, and downstream new orders were reduced. Purchasing was mainly on demand, which had a negative impact on sulfur. On site trading was average, and the mentality of operators was not good.
Market outlook
Analysts from SunSirs believe that bromine prices were generally weak this month and were maintaining a consolidation trend as of September 27th. The supply of bromine was stable, with general support from downstream flame retardants and intermediates industries. Although there was a plan for stocking and purchasing for downstream near the Double Festival, the purchasing situation was average under high prices. Overall, it is expected that the price of bromine may consolidate in the short term, depending on downstream market demand.
