SunSirs: The Cyclohexane Market Prices Was Weak and Downward (November 1-7)

According to data monitored by SunSirs, as of November 7th, the average price of domestic industrial grade premium cyclohexane was 7,466.67 RMB/ton, which was slightly weaker compared to the same period last week. The price decreased by 1.32% compared to the same period last week, the overall market supply and demand was balanced, and manufacturers gave up profits for sales.

Analysis review

The market price of cyclohexane slightly declined, with the mainstream price around 7,466.67 RMB/ton, a decrease of 1.32% compared to the same period last week. The quotation range of mainstream manufacturers remained around 7,500 RMB/ton, and downstream procurement was on demand. The willingness to stock was not strong, the demand was average, and upstream support was weak. The latest quotation from the enterprise: Shandong Hongyang Chemical Co., Ltd. quoted 7,200 RMB/ton, Qingdao Hefeng Chemical Co., Ltd. quoted 7,000 RMB/ton, Wuhan Jixin Yibang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. quoted 7,100 RMB/ton, and Jiangsu Runfeng Synthetic Technology Co., Ltd. quoted 7,500 RMB/ton.

Chemical Index: On November 6th, the chemical index stood at 866 points, a decrease of 1 point from the previous day, a decrease of 38.14% from the highest point in the cycle of 1,400 points (2021-10-23), and an increase of 44.82% from the lowest point of 598 points on April 8th, 2020. (Note: The cycle refers to the period from December 1st, 2011 to the present).

Market outlook
