Analysis review

Affected by the fluctuation and stabilization of raw material prices, the overall market price of industrial grade sodium metabisulfite in China remained stable this week, with prices ranging from 2,200 to 2,450 RMB/ton. The inventory of enterprises was relatively low, and some enterprises were in a state of no stock and sealed orders. The overall supply of sodium metabisulfite market was tight, and enterprises mainly completed orders from old customers.

As of November 24th, the price of soda ash dropped by 6.5% within the month, while the price of sulfur had increased by 12.72%. The overall upstream raw material prices had shown a rebound trend this week, and the fluctuation and strengthening of raw material costs will provide certain support for the future market price of sodium metabisulfite.
