The DMF price fluctuated in November, with an overall decrease of 0.52%. As of November 29th, the mainstream price was around 4,800 RMB/ton, and the overall market supply and demand were balanced.

Analysis review

The DMF price in November mainly saw a slight decline, with prices at the beginning of the month at 4,800 RMB/ton and at the end of the month at 47,75 RMB/ton. As of November 29th, the mainstream price was around 4,800 RMB/ton, with insufficient downstream demand, slow shipments, and weak upstream cost support. As of November 29th, logistics shipments were smooth, and manufacturers mainly offered discounts for sales. Latest quotation from the manufacturers: Shandong Longshun Chemical Co., Ltd. quoted 5,290 yuan/ton, Shandong Hongyang Chemical Co., Ltd. quoted 4,800 yuan/ton, and Nantong Runfeng Petrochemical Co., Ltd. quoted 5,000 yuan/ton.

Chemical index: On November 28th, the chemical index was 870 points, unchanged from the previous day, a decrease of 37.86% from the highest point in the cycle of 1,400 points (2021-10-23), and an increase of 45.48% from the lowest point of 598 points on April 8th, 2020. (Note: The cycle refers to 2011-12-01 present).

Market outlook
