According to SunSirs, the domestic mainstream spandex factory sales have improved compared with the previous period, and the overall price has not changed much recently. At present, the market exchange and investment in Jiangsu and Zhejiang are stable, and the mainstream negotiation of 20D spandex is 36,000-38,000 RMB/ton; the mainstream negotiation of 30D spandex is 34,000-35,000 RMB/ton; the mainstream negotiation of 40D spandex is 28,000-30,000 RMB/ton. The demand for materials for respirators in Fujian increased, and the price slightly increased. The price of 40D specification was 31,500 RMB/ton, up 200 RMB/ton from last week.

At present, textile enterprises in the downstream of the country have started to resume production in an orderly manner. It is understood that at present, the return rate of Shaanxi, Anhui and Sichuan provinces is relatively high, reaching about 70%, Hebei and Jiangsu regions about 60%, Henan and Shandong regions slightly lower, but also reaching nearly 50%. At present, large and medium-sized textile enterprises are willing to return to work with a high rate of return to work, but small enterprises are slow to return to work, cash flow is tight, lack of epidemic protective equipment, return of workers from other places and other constraints. At the same time, logistics has not been fully recovered, scale sales have not yet started, and the overall demand release is slow.

Analysts from SunSirs believe that the downstream textile factories are actively resuming production, but the recovery is relatively slow. It is expected that the overall progress of resuming work will reach a higher level by the end of February and the beginning of March, which will form a more favorable support for spandex prices.
