The domestic activated charcoal price is stable. At present, the ex-factory price of activated charcoal for water purification in East China is around 7,200-12,000 RMB/ton. Most domestic activated charcoal prices are mainly for maintaining stability, with individual fine adjustment.

Industrial chain: 

The cost pressures of the main raw materials of activated charcoal such as coconut shell, nut shell, and charcoal are supported, and demand is acceptable; coal carbon raw material cost support is weak. Downstream power, medicine and other demanding industries collect goods according to single orders. The market for activated charcoal for air purification and water purification is good. Environmental protection policies have boosted the activated charcoal market. Downstream factories have taken goods on demand and market transactions have been light.

Market outlook

Downstream of activated charcoal is deserted, downstream factories do not purchase much, and the trading atmosphere is weak. It is expected that the short-term activated charcoal market may be mainly stable and weak.
