According to foreign news on February 21st, calculations show that the export and transit volume of crude oil from ports in western Russia this month is expected to be about 8.2 million tons (2.1 million barrels per day), consistent with market forecasts.

Earlier this month, Russia revised its February loading plans for Primorsk, Ust Luga, and Novorossiisk ports due to the closure of the Tuapse refinery, owned by Rosneft, which resulted in more goods flowing out.

The Tuapse refinery will not resume operations in February.

Data shows that Russian oil companies have added 9 batches of goods to their February loading plans for Primorsk, Ust Luga, and Novorossiisk, while Gazpromneft will transport an additional batch of goods from Ust Luga.

Market participants added that the oil loading from ports in western Russia in February remained largely unchanged compared to January.
