According to foreign sources on February 22nd, J.P. Morgan recently released the latest price estimate for Brent crude oil.
In the report sent to Rigzone on Tuesday, JPMorgan Chase predicts that the average price of Brent crude oil will reach $83 per barrel in 2024 and $75 per barrel in 2025. The company predicts in its report that the average price of Brent crude oil in the first quarter of this year will be $79 per barrel, $84 in the second and third quarters, and $85 per barrel in the fourth quarter. The first quarter of 2025 was $82 per barrel, the second quarter was $77, the third quarter was $73, and the fourth quarter was $69.
In last November's report, JPMorgan Chase predicted that the average Brent crude oil price per barrel in 2024 would be $83, and it would reach $75 per barrel next year.
"After Brent crude oil fell 17% in 2023, it will remain roughly unchanged in 2024 and further decline by 10% in 2025," said an analyst at JPMorgan Chase in a report.
