The average price of industrial grade sodium metabisulfite at the beginning of the week was 2,183.33 RMB/ton, and the average price over the weekend was 2,166.67 RMB/ton, a decrease of 0.76% during the week.

Affected by the continuous decline in upstream raw material prices, the domestic market price of sodium metabisulfite had continued to be weak and downward. This week, the price of soda ash had weakened and stabilized, and the decline in the price of sodium metabisulfite had slowed down. This week, the domestic industrial grade sodium metabisulfite market price range was 2,100 to 2,250 RMB/ton, with most prices concentrated around 2,100 to 2,200 RMB/ton. The inventory of the enterprise was about 30%, and the enterprise mainly completed orders from old customers.

This week, the domestic price of caustic soda had weakened and stabilized, while the price of sulfur had slightly rebounded. The overall decline in raw material costs will stabilize, which will provide certain support for the domestic market price of sodium metabisulfite in the future.
