Pipe plant start-up situation: The production rate of pipe production lines in Shandong area is 44.6%, and the pace of resume production is accelerating. The base price of Linyi 108 * 4.5mm is 4100 yuan / 4150 yuan, and the thick wall of Liaocheng is 4,200 yuan-4250 yuan. The base price of Panjin 102-159 * 5mm-6mm is 4190 yuan, and the base price of 325 * 8mm is 4280 yuan.

For billet: Luli 3430 yuan / ton; Jiangxin hot rolling 3430 yuan / ton; continuous casting 3300 yuan / ton; Weigang hot rolling 3450 yuan / ton; continuous casting 3320 yuan / ton; Tiangang hot rolling 3430 yuan / ton.
