Price trend

According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, the price of sodium acetate had recently fallen. As of April 8th, 25% liquid sodium acetate in China was priced at 803 RMB per ton, a decrease of 24 RMB per ton from 82 RMB per ton at the beginning of the month.

Analysis review

From the perspective of raw materials, the overall price of soda ash had been weak since April. With the completion of orders in hand by alkali plants and poor follow-up of new orders, the price of soda ash had recently adjusted narrowly, resulting in a weak and stable market.

As of April 8th, the manufacturer's inventory of raw material acetic acid was still available, with downstream procurement on demand being the main focus. The market stabilized in early April.

Market outlook
