On September 16, phenol factory in North China increased 400 RMB/ton to 8600 RMB/ton, Lihua increased 500 RMB/ton to 8800 RMB/ton. Holders are mainly reporting or not reporting operations, and downstream participation is relatively cautious. Some manufacturers also purchase high-priced stocks before the National Day holiday. The price increase of factories in East China is cautious, and the overall upward price is 200 RMB/ton. However, the market level is obviously higher in view of the shortage of supply in North China.
