Cangzhou Dahua had raised its quotation by 30 RMB/ton near the weekend, while Shandong Binhua maintained its previous quotation; The weekend quotation for hydrochloric acid in Wenshui, Shanxi was 120 RMB/ton, which was temporarily stable compared to the beginning of the week. There are plans to increase the quotation in the near future; Liaocheng Huatong hydrochloric acid quoted 70 RMB/ton over the weekend, which was temorarily stable compared to the beginning of the week; Shandong Dongming hydrochloric acid quoted 130 RMB/ton over the weekend, which was temporarily stable compared to the beginning of the week; The weekend quotation for Xiangcheng San'an hydrochloric acid was 50 RMB/ton, which was temporarily stable compared to the beginning of the week.

From the perspective of the upstream and downstream industrial chain of hydrochloric acid, the upstream liquid chlorine market had recently stabilized at a high level, with expectations of an increase and good cost support. The downstream PAC market had recently stabilized at a high level. The market price was 1,818 RMB/ton, and the weekend price increased by 0.69% year-on-year. PAC manufacturers were gradually resuming production, and downstream procurement willingness was average.

Market outlook

In mid to late April, the market price of hydrochloric acid may fluctuate and rise mainly. The upstream liquid chlorine market was consolidating at a high level, with upward expectations and good cost support. The downstream PAC market was consolidating at a high level, and downstream purchasing willingness was average.
