Price trend

This week, the focus of the titanium concentrate market in Panxi region had been downward. The market situation was average, and the cost pressure in the downstream titanium dioxide market was relatively high. Purchasing was cautious, and there was a lot of wait-and-see on the market. As of May 11th, the tax-free quotation for grade 38-42 titanium ore was around 1,550-1,580 RMB/ton, the tax-free quotation for grade 46-10 titanium concentrate was around 2,250-2,300 RMB/ton, and the quotation for grade 47-20 titanium concentrate was around 2,500-2,630 RMB/ton.

Market outlook

In the short term, the market price of titanium concentrate is operating to be weaker, and the actual transaction price is negotiable.
