Analysis review

Recently (5.1-5.11), the operating rate of methane chloride in China had slightly increased, and the preliminary maintenance equipment in Jinling, Shandong had restarted operation.

Recently (5.1-5.11), the prices of raw materials methanol and liquid chlorine had been running at high levels, and the cost of chloroform continued to support. According to the commodity market analysis system of SunSirs, as of May 11th, the spot price of methanol was 2,684 RMB/ton, an increase of 1.23% from 2,651 RMB/ton on the first day. Market outlook

SunSirs’ methane chloride data analyst believes that the cost of chloroform continued to support; The downstream refrigerant industry was operating at a low level, with limited support for demand for chloroform. As the downstream peak season gradually ends, it is expected that the chloroform market will continue to be weak in the later stage.
