Price trend

According to data monitored by SunSirs, as of May 30th, the average quoted price of domestic battery grade iron phosphate enterprises was 10,600 RMB/ton. In May, the price of iron phosphate was narrowly stronger, with an overall increase of 1.19% in May. As of May 30th,  the mainstream price was around 10,500 RMB/ton, and the overall market negotiation focus was operating at a high level. Downstream demand was still acceptable, and the overall market supply was sufficient.

Analysis review

Chemical index: On May 28th, the chemical index was 868 points, unchanged from the previous day, a decrease of 38.00% from the highest point in the cycle of 1,400 points (2021-10-23), and an increase of 45.15% from the lowest point of 598 points on April 8th, 2020. (Note: The cycle refers to 2011-12-01 present).

Market outlook

SunSirs' iron phosphate analyst believes that the downstream procurement atmosphere was positive, there was no pressure on inventory, and normal consumption of inventory was expected. It is expected that the price of iron phosphate will remain stable and slightly stronger in the short term.
