On June 6th, the bromine commodity index was 80.00 points, an increase of 0.35 points from the previous day, a decrease of 67.37% from the highest point of 245.18 points in the cycle (2021-10-27), and an increase of 35.78% from the lowest point of 58.92 points on October 29th, 2014. The production of downstream flame retardants for bromine was average, the industry was operating weakly and steadily, and the demand for agriculture and intermediates was average. In terms of raw materials, domestic sulfur prices had risen, with an average market price of 1,076.67 RMB/ton at the beginning of the week and 1,083.33 RMB/ton at the end of the week, an increase of 0.62% and a 30% increase compared to the same period last year. Downstream procurement was mainly based on demand.
