Analysis review

This week, the steel plant's tube blank quotation fluctuated downward, with a range of 20-60 RMB/ton. The mainstream market quotation was stable and individual resources were mobilized at 20-40 RMB/ton. The current factory quotation for 20 # hot-rolled tube billets was 3,730-4,100 RMB/ton, and the market direct delivery quotation was 3,800-3,940 RMB/ton.

There was temporarily no positive news on the macro level. Under the constraint of weak demand, merchants had light shipments, and the enthusiasm for downstream replenishment before the holiday was low. The overall trading atmosphere was average. Under the influence of several consecutive days of price reduction this week, the overall market mentality was relatively negative and the market atmosphere was relatively deserted. As of June 7th, there was no positive news emerging, and downstream terminals had a strong wait-and-see attitude. Actual transactions were mostly for essential and low-priced resources.
