Price trend

According to data monitored by SunSirs, as of June 14th, the average price of premium DMF quoted by domestic DMF enterprises was 4,540 RMB/ton. This week, the DMF price was mainly weak compared to the same period last week, with a slight decrease in price. As of June 14th, the mainstream price was around 4,500 RMB/ton, and the overall market supply and demand were balanced. Enterprises mainly offered discounts for sales, and the overall market negotiation focus was stable.

Analysis review

This week, the overall market price of DMF was mainly operating in a narrowly weaker range, with a weak downward trend compared to the same period last week. As of June 13th, the mainstream price was 4500/ton. Manufacturers were actively shipping, logistics were smooth, and downstream demand was insufficient. As of June 13th, the cost side of DMF slightly supported, and it will continue to operate in a stable and stronger manner in the near future. Downstream enterprises purchased on demand.

Latest quotation from manufacturers: Jinan Dezheng Chemical Co., Ltd. offered a price of 4,200 RMB/ton, Jiangsu Pulesi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. offered a price of 4,500 RMB/ton, and Jinan Jiaxing Chemical Co., Ltd. offered a price of 4,300 RMB/ton.

Market outlook

SunSirs’ DMF analysts believe that in the short term, the DMF market will maintain the trend, with mainstream prices remaining at 4,700-4,800 RMB/ton.
