SunSirs: LME Tin Fell 2.72% at Night

The BPI of the commodity price index on March 16 was 769 points, a decrease of 3 points from March 15, and down 24.53% from the highest point of the cycle at 1,1019 points (April 10, 2012), up 16.52% from 660 points, the lowest point on February 03, 2016. The tin commodity index on March 16 was 67.56, a decrease of 0.55 points from yesterday, a 32.61% decrease from the highest point of the cycle at 100.25 points (September 5, 2011), and a 57.63% increase from the lowest point of 42.86 on December 9, 2015. (Note: Period refers to September 1, 2011 to present).

LME tin trend: LME tin electronic disk opened at 15,750 USD/ ton yesterday, the highest 15,790 USD/ton, the lowest 15,150 USd/ton, closing 15,370 USD/ ton, down 430 USd/ton. 676 contracts were traded throughout the day; 18,976 positions were held, an increase of 82 contracts. The inventory of 6,895 tons was 145 tons lower than the previous period.

Shanghai tin trend: The domestic market has suspended night trading.
