On June 21st, international crude oil futures closed lower. The settlement price of the main WTI crude oil futures contract in the United States was $80.73 per barrel, a decrease of $0.56 or 0.7%. The settlement price of the Brent crude oil futures main contract was $84.33 per barrel, a decrease of $0.53 or 0.6%. The main reason is that the strengthening of the US dollar has suppressed oil demand, as well as suppressed economic downturn risks in some regions.
