SunSirs: Outlook: US Crude Oil and Gasoline Inventories were Expected to Decline, while Distillate Inventories may Increase Last Week

According to foreign news on June 24th, a preliminary survey released on Monday showed that US crude oil and gasoline inventories were expected to decline last week, while distillate inventories may increase.

The four analysts interviewed estimated on average that as of the week ending June 21, US crude oil inventories are expected to decline by 3 million barrels.

The American Petroleum Institute (API) will release its weekly crude oil inventory report on Wednesday at 4:30 Beijing time, and the US Energy Information Agency (EIA) will release its crude oil inventory report on Wednesday at 22:30.

EIA data shows that in the week ending June 14th, US crude oil inventories fell by 2.5 million barrels, while analysts expected a decline of 2.2 million barrels.

Analysts estimate that gasoline inventories in the United States were expected to decline by about 1.1 million barrels last week, while distillate inventories, including diesel and heating oil, increased by about 400,000 barrels.

According to the survey, the utilization rate of refinery capacity remained at 93.5% last week.
