On July 1st, the mainstream delivery price of butadiene in North China was around 13,750-13,850 RMB/ton, with an increase of 100 RMB/ton.
On July 1st, there was a strong reluctance to sell in the Shandong region market, and some downstream essential purchases still provided some support to the market, driving up spot market prices. However, overall demand remained weak, with limited market support. It is expected that the butadiene market will remain stable and stronger in the near future.
On Monday, July 1st, the external market of butadiene remained stable, with South Korea FOB trading at 1,545-1,555 US dollars per ton, unchanged; China CFR was quoted at 1,575-1,585 US dollars/ton, unchanged; European butadiene FOB Rotterdam closed at 1,200-1,210 US dollars per ton, unchanged; FD Northwest Europe closed at 1,075-1,085 euros/ton, unchanged.
