On August 13th, according to the factory, the 150000 tons/year bisphenol A plant of Nantong Xingchen Synthetic Materials Co., Ltd. was shut down for maintenance from June 20th to July 25th, and its downstream 150000 tons/year epoxy resin plant was also shut down for maintenance.

On August 13th, the first phase of the 150000 ton/year bisphenol A plant of South Asia Plastics Industry (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. was operating at full capacity. The products were mainly supplied to downstream epoxy resin and contract users, and external quotations were suspended; The second phase of the 170000 ton/year plant will be shut down for maintenance from July 16th to August 31st.
